Fees

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers and items may often be tightly packed, so please be careful when opening your items to avoid accidental damage from sharp objects.

***We cannot guarantee arrival dates, we can only guarantee when we ship your item. Please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method at checkout and choose the shipping method that best suits your needs***.

Store Policies:

1. TURN AROUND TIMES: Ready to sell items 3-5 business days for production. Special or custom orders: 10-15 days for production, not including any design time. Holidays and peak times will increase production time up to an additional 10-15 business days. Orders made on Fridays after 12pm CST will go to next business day.

2. FEES: A custom design fee is due up front prior to any design work being done on all custom designs. This fee covers my time to create your visions. Minimum fee is $25 and covers my time to create, mockup, and cut it. You also get 2 minor revisions if needed.

3. CUT OFF DATES: Holiday season is December 7th at Noon CST. Special events, such as competitions, shows, or games, is 2 weeks prior to the event date.

4. UPGRADES: You can choose to upgrade production time and shipping for a minimum fee of $30 and the extra cost of expedited shipping, not included in that price and will be an additional charge. NOT ALL ORDERS QUALIFY FOR RUSH PRODUCTION!!5. SHIPPING: We ship products 1-2 business days postproduction time. We don't have any control of shipping times once your package is handed off to the shipping company.

6. RETURNS: Personalized and custom-made items are not returnable. We send mockup proofs and approval photos prior to finishing all personalized products. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR PERSOANALIZED ITEMS. All other returns will be evaluated in a case-by-case matter. SEE MORE BELOW

7. PAYMENT: Payment is due in full upfront and before any production takes place.

Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will happily assist you to correct the issue.

We are here to help if you have sizing questions. If an error is made on our part we will quickly take care of it for you. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.***
