We take pride in creating quality custom and ready-to-ship items! Please review our policy carefully before purchasing, as custom and standard orders follow different guidelines.

✨ Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom designs or artwork

• Personalized names, phrases, or logos

• Made-to-order rhinestone, glitter, or specialty apparel

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

All related charges — including design fees, setup fees, rush fees, and shipping costs — are non-refundable, as they cover the time, materials, and services used to complete your custom order.

Size charts are available for reference to help ensure a perfect fit. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed and agree to our Custom Order and Return Policies.

📦 Standard Return & Exchange Policy

For non-customized items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them

• Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

📝 How to Request a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please fill out the form on our “Contact Us” page.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for completing your return or exchange.

💳 Refunds

Once a return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returned items must be recieved back to Bling Press Designs and inspected before refunds or exchanges will be issued.

• All Clearance Items and Gift Cards are Final Sale and non-refundable.

• Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

• Design fees, setup fees, rush fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Some exclusions may apply — please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about eligibility.

• Exceptions / non-returnable items
  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
