💎 Custom Design Fee Policy

We love bringing your creative ideas to life! Each custom rhinestone or apparel design is created with care, time, and attention to detail — which is why all custom work requires a non-refundable design fee paid upfront before any design work begins.

✨ Design Fee Details

  • The custom design fee is based on the estimated design time and complexity of your request. Minimum Fee is $25 

  • Payment of the design fee is required in full before we begin creating or sending digital mockups.

  • The fee covers design time only, including communication, layout creation, and up to 2 minor revisions.

  • Once the design is approved, production or digital file delivery will move forward according to your order.

  • A minimum of 5 custom Transfers will be required if applicable. 

🚫 Non-Refundable Policy

Because each custom design is created just for you, design fees are non-refundable. This fee compensates for the time and creativity invested in developing your unique design, even if you decide not to move forward with the final product.

🖌️ Additional Changes

Need more adjustments after your included revisions? No problem! Additional changes can be made at $35/hour or for an additional flat design fee, depending on the project scope.

 Rush Fees:

  • A minimum rush fee of $30 will be applied to each order that requests expedited service.
  • This fee will be added at checkout and is non-refundable.
  • Standard processing times are 3-5 business days for ready to sell items during normal business days and 10-15 business days during peak order times and custom  items.
  • Rush processing reduces this time to 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that the rush processing time does not include shipping time.
