Production and Shipping Policy

1. TURN AROUND TIMES: Ready to sell items 3-5 business days for production. Special or custom orders: 10-15 days for production, not including any design time. Holidays and peak times will increase production time up to an additional 10-15 business days. Orders made on Fridays after 12pm CST will go to next business day.

2.  Design Fees: A custom design fee is due up front prior to any design work being done on all custom designs. This fee covers my time to create your visions. Minimum fee is $25 and covers my time to create, mockup, and cut it. You also get 2 minor revisions if needed. This applies to each design.  THIS IS A NONREFUNDABLE FEE!

3. CUT OFF DATES: Holiday season is December 7th at Noon CST. Special events, such as competitions, shows, or games, is 2 weeks prior to the event date. This does Not apply to custom orders.  Custom orders may require additional time. 

4. UPGRADES: You can choose to upgrade production time and shipping for a minimum fee of $30 and the extra cost of expedited shipping, not included in that price and will be an additional charge. NOT ALL ORDERS QUALIFY FOR RUSH PRODUCTION!! SEE RUSH ORDER POLICY

5. SHIPPING: We ship products 1-2 business days postproduction time. We don't have any control of shipping times once your package is handed off to the shipping company. We do not give refunds for shipping delays out of our control.
