Rush Policy for Bling Press Designs

Overview: At Bling Press Designs, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need items faster than our standard processing and shipping times. This Rush Policy outlines the terms and conditions for expedited service.
1. Rush Orders:
Rush orders are those that require faster processing and delivery than our standard timeline. These are subject to availability and specific conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility:

Only selected products/services may be eligible for rush processing. Check the product/service description or contact us for details.

Rush requests must be made at the time of order placement.
3. Processing Times:

Standard processing times are 3-5 business days during normal business days and 10-15 business days during peak order times.

Rush processing reduces this time to 1-2 business days.

Please note that the rush processing time does not include shipping time.
4. Fees:

A minimum rush fee of $30 will be applied to each order that requests expedited service.

This fee will be added at checkout and is non-refundable.
5. Shipping:

Rush orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs that may apply.
6. Limitations:

We cannot guarantee rush processing for all orders and may need to decline a request based on product availability or other factors.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
7. Cancellation and Refunds:

Rush orders cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.

If an expedited order is delayed due to our error, we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
