💎 Custom Design Fee Policy

We love bringing your creative ideas to life! Each custom rhinestone or apparel design is created with care, time, and attention to detail — which is why all custom work requires a non-refundable design fee paid upfront before any design work begins.

✨ Design Fee Details

  • The custom design fee is based on the estimated design time and complexity of your request.

  • Payment of the design fee is required in full before we begin creating or sending digital mockups.

  • The fee covers design time only, including communication, layout creation, and up to 2 minor revisions.

  • Once the design is approved, production or digital file delivery will move forward according to your order.

🚫 Non-Refundable Policy

Because each custom design is created just for you, design fees are non-refundable. This fee compensates for the time and creativity invested in developing your unique design, even if you decide not to move forward with the final product.

🖌️ Additional Changes

Need more adjustments after your included revisions? No problem! Additional changes can be made at $35/hour or for an additional flat design fee, depending on the project scope.

Rush Policy for Bling Press Designs

Overview: At Bling Press Designs, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need items faster than our standard processing and shipping times. This Rush Policy outlines the terms and conditions for expedited service.

1. Rush Orders:

Rush orders are those that require faster processing and delivery than our standard timeline. These are subject to availability and specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility:

  • Only selected products/services may be eligible for rush processing. Check the product/service description or contact us for details.
  • Rush requests must be made at the time of order placement.

3. Processing Times:

  • Standard processing times are 3-5 business days during normal business days and 10-15 business days during peak order times.
  • Rush processing reduces this time to 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that the rush processing time does not include shipping time.

4. Fees:

  • A minimum rush fee of $30 will be applied to each order that requests expedited service.
  • This fee will be added at checkout and is non-refundable.

5. Shipping:

  • Rush orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air
  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs that may apply.

6. Limitations:

  • We cannot guarantee rush processing for all orders and may need to decline a request based on product availability or other factors.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Rush orders cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.
  • If an expedited order is delayed due to our error, we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
