Show Me Gear Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns on handmade custom items.  However, if it is a manufacturer's flaw an exchange for the exact item will be considered.  We include care instructions with our packages and are not responsible for lost or damaged products after you receive them.  We inspect and photograph each item before it is delivered to the customer.  If an item was damaged in shipping please contact us.  You, the customer is responsible for any damage claims through the shipping company.
